1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 2000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, and then we will account the price accordingly. We sincerely hope to build up a long-term cooperation relationship with you after your checking the quality of our products and service.
2. Can I change the pattern?
Sure. But customized pattern will arise a little logo printing fee. Please provide the picture of the customized pattern to us in your enquiry, so that we can calculate the cost for you.
3. Can I change the packing?
Our usual packing is 1pc/pp bag/white box. If you want to change the packing, please provide your specific packing design to us, and then we will caculate the cost for you.
4. Can I get samples?
Sure. But the customized products will arise some sample fee, which can be refunded if the order is up tp the certain quantity. We usually send the samples by Fedex,UPS,DHL or TNT. If you have a account, please provide us and then we will send with your account. If not, we will ship after receiving the sample charge.
5. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing products, it takes 3-5 days. For the customized products, it takes 7-10 days based on the complexity of the products. Anyway, we will reply you as soon as possible.
6. How long is the production lead time?
For existing products, it takes 15-20 days for MOQ. For the customized products, it takes about 30 days based on the complexity of the products. We will confirm the exact time on the quotation.
7. What is your trade terms?
If your order is lower than MOQ, our quotation usually is based on EXW. If your order is equal or larger than MOQ, our quotation usually is based on FOB-JIANGMEN. If you want to change to CNF or CIF, please feel free to tell us in your enquiry, and then we will check as soon as possible.
