1. The total area of the workshop is about 435.2 square meters, (27.2*8*2 two storeys).
2. The total length of the rollers is: 35*12=420cm.
3. The volume of adding the water: depending upon the moisture content of raw wheat, usually temper to 3% moisture, it needs 1.5T water in 24 hours.

How to get products by our full automatic flour mill machinery?
- Storage Section
The grain silo is widely used in storing grain such as wheat, corn, maize, rice, paddy, malt, barley, soybean,etc.
(This part is optional if there is no need to store.)
- Cleaning Section
To ensure the flour Quality and the working life of the mill by removing the impurities in the wheat before go to mill.
This part includes:
Vibrating Separator | Gravity Grading Destoner | Rotary Flat Sifter | Horizontal Wheat Scourer| Magnetic Separator.
- Milling Section
To mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran until get the finished wheat flour.
This part includes:
Pneumatic Roller Mill | Purifier | Plansifter (Single bin or double bin or high square) | Bran Finisher | Impact Detacher.
1.Roller mill: Key machine in flour mill production line, to mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller;
2. Purifier: To reduce the ash content in flour, applied for purifying and grading milled flour;
3. Plansifter: Main equipment in flour mill, grading the flour , to ensure layout qualified finished flour.
(Should know that different capacity has different type and different number of roller mills,plansifter and purifiers.)
- Packing Section -----(Flour packing machine | stacking )
It is well designed for packing various kinds of powdery materials such as grain flour,starch,chemical materials,etc.It has a great precision as low as 0.2% in weighting.
