The layout of the flour milling plant workshop
1. The total area of the workshop is about 435.2 square meters, (27.2*8*2 two storeys).
2. The total length of the rollers is: 35*12=420cm.
3. The volume of adding the water: depending upon the moisture content of raw wheat, usually temper to 3% moisture, it needs 1.5T water in 24 hours.

What is the process of wheat flour mill milling machine?
1.Storage section -----Grain silo (if need)

Details of each section?
1.Storage section:
The grain silo is widely used in storing grain (such as wheat, corn, maize, rice, paddy, malt, barley, soybean, etc.)
2.Cleaning Section:
To ensure the flour quality and the working life of the mill by removing the impurities in the wheat before go to mill. Main machine includes:
1).Vibrating Separator:
2).Gravity Grading Destoner
3).Rotary Flat Sifter
4).Horizontal Wheat Scourer
5).Magnetic Separator
3.Milling Section:
Different capacity has different number of roller mills,plansifter and purifiers, this part is to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran until get the finished wheat flour.
1). Pneumatic Roller Mill:
Mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving
2). Single bin/Double bin/High square plansifter:
To separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to enssure flour quality.
3). Purifier:
Aluminum sieve frames for longer lasting durability. Supplied with complete exhaust trunking system.
4).Bran Finisher:
