Q1: There are exist difference between samples and drawing.
A1: We will remake the samples for you for free if you would like wait.
Q2: The quality of the mass production is not good than the quality of the sample.
A2: We accept the third party inspectionbefore shipping the good.
Q3: Are you able to sell products in stocked
A3: No almost of our products are OEM design and we having MOQ for each design.
Q4: Are you able to provide samples for view the quality.
1) Yes if we have samples or mould on hand we will provide you 2-3PCS samples to you for free of charge, but need you to pay for the samples express fee.
2) If we haven’t samples or mould on hand, we would like to help you make the samples if you would like to pay for the mould fee and samples express fee.
Q5: Are you able to accept small order or trail order which the quantity is no more than your MOQ.
A5: Yes, we would like to help you, but the price will be a little high.
Q6: Will you be able to delay in the delivery the goods.
1. We have PLM department, the will have the schedule of the plan of the order.
2. If there is some emergency, I will let you know ask for your agree for the delay.
3. If you are not agreeing any delay, we would like to make amends to the delay according the contract.
