We are professional extruder manufacture. The pet food extruder machines can use to extruded grain like soybean and corn, and can extruded the whole soybean and corn directly. The extruded product use to make feed food to feeding animal and pets in feed processing machines, oil pressers etc.
Product Description
This series soy bean extruder machine can make crushed grain, bone powder, soybean, corn etc, into food pellets directly. Mainly suitable for all kinds of aquatic products, pet and other curing forming granule feedstuff.
1. Advantages
Our soya bean extruder machines have mainly 2 type design:
l single screw type and double screw type
l dry type without using boiler & wet type need using boiler
2.Raw material:
The raw material is: Flour,corn starch,rice bran,meat meal,bone meal,fish meal,soybean meal etc.
Fitness: about 60-80mesh which were crushed and mixed.
Moisture content: about 20%-25%.
Oil content: ≤10%
Starch content: ≥30%
Diameter of Final Pellets Can be: 0.9-12mm. Length of the pellets can be adjustable by control the cutting knife
3. Spare Parts
- With different moulds, the small fish feed pellet machine can produce different diameter food, such as 1.5mm, 2.5mm etc. So the food can meet different stage fish.
- The floating fish feed pellet machine can make poultry-fodder, pet-fodder, as well as aquaculture-fodder and fishery feed.
- The floating fish feed making machine is mainly used to process the maize flour, soybean flour or compound powder, wheat bran into high grade aquatic feed pellets for fish, catfish, shrimps, dog,. cat etc.

The machine can make feed with various shapes by changing the molds. Can make feed for pet like dog, cat etc with different shapes.For fish, usually is in round shapes.

Q: What kind of raw materials should I use?

Q: How long does the fish feed pellet float on the water surface?
A: The feed pellets made by our machine can float on the water surface for over 24 hours. While the floating time can be adjusted when the pellets are extruded.

A: No. It’s not only can make high-grade aquatic feed pellets for fish, catfish, shrimps, crab etc., but also can make pellets for cat, dog, etc.
Q: What size of pellet can be made by your machine?
A: The size of pellet is based on the diameter of the die moulds. We can customized die moulds with diameter of 0.9-15mm.
