Introduction
UZB-4 glass pipeline liquid level meter, all the meet liquid materials are made from 1Cr18Ni9Ti and polytetrafluoroethylene plastics has the good corrosion resistance and widely used in petroleum, chemical and medicine industry.
Structure principle
1. The flanges on the level meter are connected with the containers to form a connecting vessels, the level can be read clearly through the glass pipeline.
2. The stainless balls in the needle valves are used to stop automatically the liquid leak outside when the pipeline is broken.
3. A valve is fitted at the bottom of the level meter for sample, unloading and cleaning.

Installation, use and maintain
1. After installing, don’t open the valves at once. Need a preheat for 20~30 minutes
2. After opening the valves at both heads, the valve stem must be out wholely to avoid the stainless balls won’t hit it when the balls work automatically.
3 .When changing the glass pipeline, move the clamp and protective cover first, then open up the connection nuts on the valves.
