Baruzo easy to use deburring tool for die casting company
- Removes burrs without leaving scratches.
- You can remove burrs without pin-pointing their location.
- Reduces working time.
The picture is of the basic set, consisting of the BARUZO main unit (A010) and
the basic brush (BA12-90L).
1. Die-cast parting line burrs and inner diameter burrs can be removed without damaging the work.
2. Deburring is completed in 1/5th of the time usually required for filing.
3. The drive unit is vibrating (back and forth), rather than rotating,
meaning the operator can use it safely.
4. When the brush wears down you can simply replace the brush part.
5. The brush contains no abrasives, so the finished surface is remarkably clean.

Burrs intentionally created on an aluminum shift were removed using two methods.
1. Using a file to deburr: 3 minutes.
2. Using BARUZO it is possible to do this in 20 seconds.
This demonstrates a reduction in working time.
Metal used: Metal (aluminum alloy) with fine burrs from production.
Tool used: BARUZO A010 + BA12-90L
Working time: Approximately 30 seconds.
