5. How's your after-sale service?
We can give you one years warranty after sales , we can also send our engineer to your factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer. We will send a free set of spare parts for you change it.
Other: With English manual book, and operation steps videos/CD, to make sure you can easy to use the machine.
6. How to pay? What is the payment term?
We accept T/T, Western Union, Escrow
Payment term: 30% for deposit, 70% pay before shipping.
7.How do we test your machine?
When the machine already ready, we will send you video to check , you can also come to our factory to test and learn how to operate it.
8. How many days will the machine be ready ?
About 15~30 working days after we receive your prepayment,.
9. How do we get your machine after shipped ?
We will give you all documents to get the machine.
10.How to maintain ?
