YQ-720 high speed pillow packing machine
Main configuration:
This machine adopts mainly imported electrical components, Japan Panasonic frequency converter, Omron PLC, packaging machine is welded by 12 thick steel plate , stainless steel working platform. With mechanical and photoelectric anti-cutting function, it is safe for the operator and the machine .
Machine features:
- When using programmable controller (PLC) , operation is more stable and reliable;
- The motor speed is controlled by frequency conversion. changing the packaging speed need only to rotate potentiometer knob which is connected with frequency converter ;
- The main body is made of 12 mm thick steel plate welding and after welding heat treatment eliminate internal stress. when working with high-speed,the machine don't shake, the body of machine is never deform , the machine life can be up to 10 years;
- Equipped with adjustable bag making machine, when packaging products with the different sizes , just only rotating the knob of bag making machine can complete transformation of products .
- The machine adopts gear chain stepless transmission, rotating the handle can change the length of the packaging bags;
- Because of digital display function,it can directly displayed the bag length, packing speed, sealing temperature, and productions etc.
- Two-way photoelectric tracking system can ensure that the film is cut in the location of the need and cutting point is accurate;
- Automatic positioning stop function can guarantee no scalding for the film and the products when stop machine.
- Equipped with protection switch of the electricity leakage , can ensure the safety of humans and machines,
- Equipped with urgent stopping switch and cover in front of the sealing knife ,it can prevent the operator from injury when wrong operation.
