JM1-2.5D electric connecting bus bar
Product Overview:
The JM1-2.5 series of mini-bus bar connecting support is mainly used for the relay panel or DC control panel of AC 660V or DC 440V and for the mini-bus bars with a current no more than 120A. There are two M4 set screws on each side, and generally speaking, it can connect four 2.5mm wires to obtain AC or DC power.
Normal operating conditions:
1. The upper limit and lower limit of surrounding air
temperature are +55℃ and -25℃ , respectively.
2. The altitude is at most 2000m.
3. The pollution degree is 2.
4. The installation category is III.
5. When the maximum temperature reaches 40 ℃ , the relative humidity shall not exceed 50%.
At lower temperatures, a larger relative humidity can be allowed.
For example, when the temperature reaches +25 ℃ , the relative humidity may be 90%. But considering the condensation dew occurs on the product due to the temperature changes,something must be done to it.

1. The insulator adopts PC materials with good insulativity, high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance (can be in 120℃ for a long time) and good self extinguishment.
All of these can reach the standard of the USA UL94-VO.
2. It can be installed on the international G type or TH type guide rail. The guide rails of JM1-2.5N or JM1-2.5, JM1-2.5D and JM1-2.5D1 or JM1-2.5B are G32-18, TH15-5.5 and TH35-7.5, respectively
3. The insulator is a enclosed structure composed of three parts, and there is a transparent cover on the top in order to prevent foreign matters falling into.
4. The fastener used for the connection adopts the self elevating combination screw and the gasket can go up and down following the screw
5. The needed tag number and fasteners are in common use with our JF5 type.
