4. What‘s your warranty policy?
We provide warranty standard of 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever one comes first) with all products we sell. If for some reason, one product does not work as it is supposed to, as it is not because of artificial damage or improper installation, we will not hesitate to replace it within that time frame.
5.Does your seat heater fit my car?
Our universal seat heaters can fit all the Brands and all the models of vehicle in the market. Just tell us your vehicle’s model, we will find the specific switch and make your car as it is bought with seat heater option.
6.How long does the good will be delivered?
For the pre-production samples, it will take 7-10 days before you receive the good.
For the mass production, normally, it will be 15-20 days after sample approval.
The sample fee is refundable if the mass production order is received.
