Frame: It's made of Mn16. CNC processed.
Rotor: SKD-11 blades, rotor processed. Its rotating can be adjusted
Screen: the diameter of mesh is made according to different material.
Pusher: the pusher is driven by hydraulic system. Materials will be pushed to rotor and crushed.
Automatic Reserve Sensor: to protect machine from overloading and jamming.
Bearing: the bearing is installed outside the machine so as to avoid foreign contamination enter the bearing.

Payment:
1. we usually quote as per EXW and FOB Shanghai, others are negotiable.
2. 30% payment in advance and the balance should be paid before delivery.

3. large parts will be packed by stretch film and small parts will be packed by wooden cases.
4. we usually deliver our products by ship or as per customer's requst.
