Quality Assuarance Standard
1.Thermal Shock Test:
Put the glass into oven at 200 degrees C for 60 minutes and take the glass lid out of the oven using a hook,
then put it into clean water at normal temperature. The glass lid should not be broken or burst.
2. Impact Test :
Put the glass lid flat at solid wood or cement floor and drop A 225g weighted steel ball from 1m height to
1/4th place from the center hole to the edge of the lid. The lid should not be broken after impact.
3.Salt Spray Test:
Put the glass lid into the spray of 5% Nacl.with the PH at 7.0 for 24 hours.
Rust is not allowed on the rim.
4.Dishwasher Test:
Wash glass lid by using the dishwasher for 30 times.
The lid should not be turned yellow or dark without any deformation on the stainless steel rim.
5.Destructive Test:
Break the lid with hammer and check. The number of pieces should be over 40 more less.
