1. Door anti-rust surface treatment :
Entry door will be given hot-zinc spray, paint baking , The hot - zinc spray steel will provides the maximum in strength and corrosion protection available.
2. Door quality :
Material : Mild steel , (low carbon steel ) Q235 #202.
Tube size for Jamb : 150x50x2.0mm ( 12 GA ) , tube size for door is 100x50x2.0mm ;
Flower picket : 14x14 mm square iron / 16x16 mm square iron
This type of material makes product durable and long-lasting.
3. Door design :

4. Door Hardware :
All the enry door comes with heave duty hinge
Door Sweep between bottom of door and threahold
Handle and lock is up to your option, we will drill standard lock hole for buyer.
5. Door installation :
Glass panel injected with a polyurethane foam , the foam expands to fill all of the air space of the doors.
6. Door glass window :
Glass panels on all iron doors are hinged , this allows for ease of cleaning and ventilation without openning the doors . All glass used on our iron doors is tempered, double panel and insulated.
7. Door finish :
The iron doors undergo a multi-step finishing process, spraying zinc, durable polyester power coating, hand applied antique finishing.
