Q:Are the silicone you are using healthy?
A:Sure, the silicone we are using has food grade silicone, medical silicone,they are pure silicone and eco-friendly,no-toxic,no harm to people.
Q:Do you have quality certificate?
A:We have LFGB,FAD,CE,SGS, ROHS quality certificate.
Q:Does the moulds can be used in oven or freezer?
A:Yes, of course, the silicone materail can bear -48 celsius degree to 250 selsius degree.
Q:Does the moulds have stocks?
A:Yes. all of moulds on our factory are available, of ocurse, we accept custom made products, just need you send us 3D draiwng or real sample.
Q:Can I mix order? Could you pls give me a discount if I buy more?
A:Not problem,mix order, any PMS colour are totally welcomed, the more QTY you order the lower price you get.
Q:What’s your lead time?
A:Each bill order, production cycle: 1-3 weeks. We'd like to help you on special urgently purchase.

A:We use high-grade 18/8 stainless steel from Japan and South Korea. And our QC department inspects your orders piece by piece, according to AQL guidelines. All of our products have passed FDA, BPA FREE CE, EN71 lead free and paint safe approved.
