We can also tailor made our products to suit our customers’ specific requests.
All products pass SGS testing, and comply with ASTM F963-11,CPSIA 108,EN71-3,RoHS,Canada Consumer Product Safety Act,MATTEL QSOP 3600,HASBRO SRS 018/046/082,SONY SS-00259 standard, etc.
Technical specification
Amount of coating: Recommended 4~6 g/m2
Drying condition: 80~135 °C
Instruction procedures: On-line printing or off-line processes
Solvent: Recommended to directly use water-based varnish. In case the viscosity of the varnish is too high, please dilute the varnish with less than 5% of water or the mixture of water and IPA (1:1).
