FX-318 Ink Roller Cleaning Agent
I.Introduction
Adopting technique formulation of Japan and Germany, our products are specially used for cleaning all kinds of imported presses (such as Heidelberg, Mitsubishi, Manroland, Komori and KBA, so on), domestic presses (such as Beiren, Guanghua, Jingdezhen and Xinji of Henan, so on), ink roller press and offset press, proof press, metal printing press (thermo curing printing ink), light curing UV ink, totally taking place of gasoline and kerosene .our products are made of surfactant , emulsifer , penetrant , rubber antiageing agent and other agents with characteristics of non-toxicity, tastelessness , non-flammablility, safe storage , low price and good property of voiding and so on. . conforming to international enviromental standard( European SGS certificate and ISO 14001 ), it is not only widely used to clean ink roller, printing plate and ink of machinary and tools in the printing industry with a good performance of voiding and cleaning , but clear away deposited paper lints and inorganic salt without any harmness to gelatin layers of roller .No matter ordinary ink or high ploymer resin ink, it can be up to satisfying cleaning effect. After emulsifying, the products is incombustible, no harm to persons, to meet thq requirement of safty, enviroment protection and energy conservation. It is a new generation printing ink cleaning agent.
II.Principle of work
- Ink is emulsified by cleaning agent and then razed by sdueegee after flamming.
- The parts without razing by sdueegee emulsify ink firstly which is mopped away then.
III.Characteristics
1.Enviroment friendly product,low odor, harmless to human bodies.
2.Good cleaning effect, good fluidity, fast ink marks removal and wipe off calcium matter; fast drying, flash point not less than 70 °c .
3.Non-corrosive to any parts, applicable to automatical cleaning system.

VII. Dilution comparison for hand wash
1:0.4/0.5 ( original agent:water) or first apply the dilution comparison of 1:1(original agent:water),shake, and add more water with dilution comparison od 1:2 ( original agent : water) and shake before use. Dilution can help saving the the cleaning agent.
