1. This machine has an independent hoisting and moving frame which can adjust to chains of various heights used by current producers. 2. Convenient movement and positioning are guaranteed by the truckle and the foot-drive at the base of the frame. 3. The lightweight and durable hoisting system consists of screw mandrel and guide pulley and the heating shrinking wrapping machine case is mainly made of interior frame, thermal insulation layer and the exterior protecting shield. 4. A survey hole of thermocouple affiliated to temperature at the exact time. When the temperature increase or reduces, the temperature instrument controls on-off relay which stops the tubular electrum heating element or reheats it, thus maintains the required shrinking temperature in the duct and assures consistent label shrinkage, achieving the best effect. |
This shrinking tunnel is an exclusive shrinking device for plastic-film labels. It uses a small fan for heating by blowing hot air on the label through correspondent openings via a special air duct. The label then shrinks with the thermal flow. Relying on an electrical heating unit – a finned electrical heating duct –the heat energy can be fully utilized. On the one hand, the small fan can save energy; on the other hand, it won’t suck the label as conventional fans do. So it is more suitable for this industry. |
