FLOOR SPRING
Suggestions on floor spring selection
A.Selection of different models of floor spring is mainly based on glass door weight.
B.Calculation of glass door weight:according to national standard,1mm thick common and toughened glass is 2.5kg per square meter.As to 12mm thick,2.3mm high and 1m wide glass door commonly used in the country at present,the weight shall be 2.3*1*12*2.5=69kg.
C.The weight of the entered door can be got by adding up the weight of all accessories and the weight of glass.
D.If heavy-duty floor spring is chosen for a light-weight glass door,the cost will increase,and you can not obtain good opening effect because it is heavy-duty.
E.If floor spring within adequate weight bearing is chosen to reduce project costs,it will directly influence service life of floor spring.
F.For an outside door,taking wind powder into consideration,twin-cylinder floor spring should be chosen regardless of door size.This is because twin-cylinder floor spring is better than single-cylinder floor spring for the 0ºpositioning and 90ºpositioning.
G.In cold area,floor spring with anti-icing hydraulic oil injected*hould be chosen,so as to revent malfunction for floor spring at a very low temperature.
