Material

The refrigerated truck body is an assembly of FRP composite panels and steel frame base and other metal components
The panel used for the van/truck body is constructed in type of sandwich(FRP+insulation foam+FRP). FRP(Fiber Reinforce Plastic) is used as outer skin of roof, wall, floor and door, the middle layer insulation foam of the sandwich is a kind of new type fluorine-free polyurethane(PU) or extruded polystyrene foam(XPS), standard thickness of the thermal insulation layer ranges from 65mm to 120mm, which offers a very good thermal insulation performance.

Construction

The sandwich panels of truck body are fixed to the steel frame base with high strength adhesive and screws and aluminum alloy plates
All panels are adhered with each other with high strength structural adhesive to achieve the most reliable conjunction, sealing and insulation properties, this structure allows easy and fast assembly.
All inside and outside corners of the truck body are wrapped with aluminum alloy profiles which are screwed to the panels to guarantee the reliabilty of the structure
The door panel is produced by a high accuracy process with imported sealing rubber to keep good airtight seal and thermal insulation. Positions and quantity of doors on the truck body can be adjusted per clients' request.
