1. The machine is suitable for liquid filling & rubber plugging on glass or plastic syringes. Other types of syringe are also up to custom made. 2. 4 nozzles are for filling simultaneously. Plugging can be either by pressing down or screwing ways. 3. Plugging is done paralleling with filling. Multi points inspection with optical fiber sensors. Neither filling nor plugging when syringe is missed. 4. All product contact parts are of AISI 316L and medical silicon. 5. Actual working status can be displayed on touch screen with multi languages. |
