The automatic perfume filling machine uses a gear pump concept as a metering device to fill correct amounts of gels or liquids into containers. Total 18 parts each revolution. The dispensed volume can be adjusted from 5 ml to several liters with accuracy over than 0.5%. The pump is driven by an electrical A.C .motor, which is controlled by a frequency inverter and microprocessor. The speed of motor is adjustable from zero to full speed. |
