High speed flex printing slotter die cutter
Designed according to high request and reliable function, humanization operation that can setting, revision, implement, changing and memories in short time, and display data.
All of drive rollers are made of high quality steel, hard chrome plated the surface with grinded.
Drive gear adopt high quality steel with heat treatment with grinded.
The main drive roller adopt keyless connect, decrease the connection gap, ensure printing precision.
Engineer oil automatic balance device, keep the oil level equal in each unit.
Main motor is VFD.
Feeding unit:
PLC control touch screen, adsorption fan assist lead edge feeding type, can according to board bending adjust blowing rate, make sure to feed the paper smoothly. Head board and backplate can manual adjustment.
Printing unit:
1. metal steel anliox roller, anliox roller and gluing roler with quickly changing device.
2. with quickly change printing plate device and hang plate.
3. printing phase adjustment, use facia and numberationtable display. use PLC touch screen
control.
4. phase structure use planet gear adjustment structure, accuracy high, using long life.
5.with auto brake, When units separating or phase adjustments, limit cabinet running, keep
original gear’s position
6. manual axial location adjustments, adjustment distance±7 mm.
7. with anilox roller pneumatic lifting device, when stop feeding paper, anliox lift parting with
printing plate.
8. space adjustment use quickly adjustment device.
9. computer control with low ink warning, after washing the printing plate, automatic reset
system.
