Performance of the main mechanisms :
1.Adopt lead edge feeder, it can adjust wind volume by the degree of cardboard bending to make sure feeding paper stable.
2.The feeding roller is rubber with cylinder cushioning device , feeding paper exactly and stable .It will not destroy the intension of feeding paper when the feeding space is small.
3.Baffle position controlled by electric, the back baffle box adopts electric adjustment , the front baffle space is manual adjustment.
4.Color touch screen can be 360 degree adjust the phase of die roller , display the producing speed and set the quantity of product.
5.The rubber roller adopt mechanical control the position move left and right and the movement distance is 40mm.
6.This space adjustment between rubber and die roller adopt self-looking structure , with cylinder big scope quickly adjust, decrease the rubber wear , increase the rubber life.
7.The unique speed compensation device can make the rubber roller rolling running with the die roller , make the surface speed of the rubber cushion is completely controlled by the die roller , the shape of the carton sheet will absolutely equal to the die pattern .
8.There is a rubber repair device with the machine, the rubber can be used after being repaired.
9.All the drive roller adopted high quality steel materials, surface treated by lapping finish , hard chromium plating .
10.Transporting gears adopts high quality alloy steel , after high frequency heating treatment and lapping finish . With automatic circulate lubrication , lubricate oil automatic balance device , keep the equal oil level in each unit.
11.Main motor adopts frequency charger to adjust.
