XL model Automatic high-speed corrugated clapboard machine is special equipment for carton partition, it is mainly used to slot 3 ply, 5ply corrugated cardboard and hard paperboard. Feeding accurate, wide work range and adjusting range, adaptable, efficient.
1. Main Technology Parameter:
1) Motor: 1.1KW 50Hz 380V (or depend on customers)
2) Max size of processing cardboard: 300mm×900mm
3) Min size of processing cardboard: 80mm×100mm
4) Min slot space : 40mm
5) Slotting width: 3mm-5mm

2. Main structure
This partition slotting machine main consists of stand, delivery unit,
push part, retaining paper part, slotting part and output unit.
3. Installation
4. Put the machine on cement floor, and tight with anchoring.
Clear all of duty of machine, to add 30# engine oil to all sliding parts. According to sheet specification and thickness to adjust pushing plate, lift paper stand, retaining paper part, feeding roller, slotting roller, slotting knife phase. After motor rotate some weeks, if everything is ok, then can cut board. If slot isn’t correct, please adjust phase.
5. Maintenance
1. Add a little 20# or 30# engine oil before correct push plate.
2. Cleaning all of bearings every half day, and add lubricating grease.
