3ply production line
3ply corrugated cardboard production line mainly suitable for inner packing, some times also used for outer packing for light weight goods or small outer package.
Flute type: A,B,C,E for choice, or users appointed.
Heating type: Steam, oil(dont use it when speed is over 100m/min)
General configuration: single facer(1set), paper holder(2-3 sets), feeding bridge(1 unit) , single-side gluing machine(1 set), drying machine( 1set), cutting and creasing machine, cross cutting machine, stacking machine.
5ply production line
5ply corrugated cardboard production line not only can produce 5ply corrugated cardboard, but also 3ply corrugated cardboard. Widely usage. It mainly used for TV, refrigerator, fruit, cigarettes, drinks etc.
General flute type: A combine with B, C combine with B(or users specified)
Heating type: Steam, oil(dont use it when speed is over 100m/min)
General configuration: single facer(2sets), paper holder(3-5 sets), feeding bridge(1 unit) , double gluing machine(1 set), drying machine( 1set), cutting and creasing machine, cross cutting machine, stacking machine.
7ply production line
7ply corrugated cardboard production line not only can produce 7ply corrugated cardboard, but also 3ply and 5ply corrugated cardboard. Widely usage. It mainly used for motorbike.
