Functionand Features:
1. Vacuumadsorption transmitting cardboard equipment, with wind control
2. Upper-lowercorrugating roller seat and whole machine are designed separately, this can bechanged hanging in groups, bridge with load-unload guideway, exchanging rollerquickly.
3. Glueroller and upper roller are designed to groups guideway slippage load-unload,convenient swift.
4.Carbandrive, fission structure with unattached drive box, transmission more stable,close style gear transmission oiliness lubricated, prolong the use life ofgear.
5. Theupper corrugating roller, pressure roller and roller adopt pneumatic control.
6. Theaxletree of corrugated and pressure roller adopts high temperature resistantlube.
7. Adoptelectric paste insulation set, the glue parts running separately while the mainmotor stopped, prevent paste from drying up.
8. Electricadjusted the glue quantity that figure show or manual glue quantity.
9. Theupper-lower corrugating roller are made of 42CrMO high quality alloy steel,after heat-treatment. The rigidity is HRC55-58°, the surface are whetted and platingchrome.
