A: 1) If we are the first cooperation, customers are requested to charge the samples and shipping cost, but the sample cost will full return when bulk orders. 2) If you become our old customer, we will send you new designs and won't charge you the sample fee and shipping fee.
4. Whether your products have certificate?

5. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
A: Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items. The sample time about 3-7 days, sample fee is charged based on the material and design.
6. Can you add my logo on the bag?
A: Yes, customized logo is welcome
