Introduction of the machine
QZD automatic folder & gluer consist of three parts which feeding part, gluing folding part, counting and piling part. Digital display adjust speed, microcomputer adjust width, with easy, fast, stable, precision, automatically feed, fold and glue, count, pill and output. Average speed: 150sheets/min, Max speed: 220sheets/min, high efficiency energy save.
Use and Characteristics:
n Automatically finish the top folding and middle folding, meanwhile finish the glue belt stick off the upper and lower part, save labor and time.
n Suitable different cartons, adjust fast and easy.
n The machine work stable, the effective is firm and good looking.
n Easy to operate and easy to maintain.
n Automatically amend carton right-angle degree.
Feeding section:
l Vacuum suction feeding to feed warping paperboard easily.
l Quality electromagnetic clutch and brake adopted, feeding section controlled independent, operation easily.
l Scorer wheel adjustable, suit for 2-8nn thick paperboard.
l Second creasing structure can impress again the paper board which was not creased well.
Gluer &folder section
l Simples structure and high reliability, glue quantity adjustable, cleaning easily.
l Stainless steel glue wheel adopted, long life and saving glue cost.
l Imported quality rubber belt adopted , automatic folding.
l With paperboard rectify device and creasing rectify device.
Counter & Stacker section
l Stacking and counting are simple and reliable.
l Digital control, operation easily and reliable, No-stop put in data and automatic counting.
l With rectification function.
l Paperboard counting and put out by pneumatic, stable and quickly.
