Introduction:
Straw briquette equipment can make stick straw fuel briquette of different diamter and diffient shape from biomass and agro-forest waste.Any type of agro-forest waste can be used,such as ground nut-shell,sugarcane residue,sawdust,paddy straw,sun flower stalk,cotton stalks,tea waste ,wheat straw,rice husks,forestry wastes,wood chips and many other agro wastes.
Raw materials:

Final product:
It is been converted into solid cylindrical shape.or the brick shape ,small volume, convenient of resistant to burn, storage and ransportation, volume is only 1/30 of the straw stalk, its density is 0.9-1.4 g/cm3 can reach calorific value, 3500-5500 calories, is high volatile between a solid fuel.

Working principle:
This machine adopts Piston punching theory. First, crush raw material of straw. Second, they will be sent to pre-press room through screw conveyor. When piston comes back, material will be pre-pressed in compression tube, and then piston goes forward to make materials into die. After that material will be sent to forming tube and cooled. Finally, they will be cut and packed .
Features:
1. This machine has a reasonable structure, stable performance, equipped with forced lubrication system, high efficiency, low energy consumption, good forming effect, simple operation, easy maintenance.
2. The unique mold structure for machining of various water crops straw: (1) the good adaptability to extend the raw material’s production cycle; (2) the size of material is 3 ~ 30 mm, moisture content in the range of 16% ~ 30%.
3. The ring mold with a flat type, cavity wear synchronization, effectively prolongs service life. Template is specially designed, so the biomass fuels have high density and smooth surface.
4. The automatic heating device for adjust the temperature and solve the problems such as congestion, poor shape in the molding.
