Max Size:200cm x100cm thickness:10mm~150mm Lead Equivalent :0.33mmpb/mm .ZF7 Lead Glass is used in nuclear power station
Lead Glass is a Silica type, of high quality optical grade with over 60 percent heavy metal oxide, including at least 55 percent PbO. The compositions consist of ZF3 : 63% Lead silicate, 33% quartz sand, 0.5% potassium nitrate , 0.25% Antimony Oxide and other additives is about 3.25%.
The compositions consist of ZF7 :71 % Lead silicate, 27% quartz sand, 0.2% potassium nitrate , 0.2% Antimony Oxide and other additives is about 1.6%.This glass is not tempered. Both glass surfaces are mirror polished. By Using Mohs' hardness scale, ZF3 and ZF7 glass tests at Level 6 .The glasses have more than 85% light Transmission, Attenuation equal to 274.5mm of lead from 100 to 120 kV for ZF3 , and 201.2mm of lead from 150 to 180 kV for ZF7.

It meets Standard number GB-YY0292.2-1997. Manufactured by a continuous and automatic process, this glass is able to maintain a rigidly controlled level of physical properties.
The ZF3 and ZF7 lead glass, will not discolors when exposed to ultraviolet rays, X and Gama Ray radiation and is also not susceptible to discoloration from chemicals in everyday use, such as cleaning materials or even smoke. The durable ZF-3 and ZF-7 glass retains its appealing visual clarity throughout expected life.
