Ⅰ. THE SET OF RINSING-FILLING-CAPPING (3 IN 1) SCOPE
The XGF-32-32-12 3-in-1 machine base on the combination of the same products and our several years experience. This set is moved by a electric motor and include rinse, filling and capping. It also has some advantages, such as automation, reasonable structure, fine appearance easy handle, safety, and the capacity-adjusted. It is mainly suitable for filling and capping to round and square PET bottles. These machines also can be designed to satisfy the different bottles.

B. The worktable also is made of stainless steel and has a good airproof to protect the drive set and easily keep clear.

B. Liquid level accuracy, different according to different dia. Of bottle neck.
Generally, that is no more than±5mm
4. Capping quality
The capper adopts magnetic force, and it can adjust for reducing the hurt of cap and link tight.

A. Speed adjustment with frequency converter is extremely convenient.
B. With safe and reliable auto-filling system, If no bottle, the safety valve will be closed, so that liquid will be not lost.
C. Installation of float position to control, it can be accurately control the filling height of cylinder, so that the filling valve is stable.
D. With automatic control for capping to effectively avoid form re-grab for screwing axis.
6. Easy to adjust
A. washing: Height without adjustment, if the height of bottle change, just be simply to adjust air duct and dial, dial and replace the pad, until to the required height.
B. Filling machine: adjustment nut with a tool to move, you can adjust the required height
C. Capper: if the bottle size have the change, adjust the height of screw cover and then tighten the nut.
