Ceramic furnace tubes, thermocouple protection tubes and insulating rods produced by UNIPRETEC are made of alumina ceramic (Al2O3 > 99%). Alumina ceramic possesses a high melting point, strong hardness, and good chemical stability, making it a good material to withstand high temperature and chemical corrosion. The max. using termperature of these tubes & rods can be up to 1800 °C. They are an excellent choice in furnace and temperature measurement whenever safety and stability are required.
The size of the high temperature ceramic tubes & rods can be customized according to customers' requirement:
- The ceramic furnace tubes can be made from OD 27~120mm and length 100~1750mm.
- Ceramic thermocouple protection are one end closed tubes, standard dimension ranges are OD 5~50mm and length 100~1750 mm.
- Insulating rods & tubes are usually with one bore, two bores and four bores, the dimension ranges are OD 1~12mm and length 100~1800mm.
