All steel Laboratory table top uses solid core physiochemical board, cabinet body adopts 1.2mm cold-roll steel board, after treatment of pickling phosphating,epoxy resin stoving varnish. With reasonable structure, good load-bearing, flexible to assemble, easy to maintain and convenient to install and transport, it is the best choice for middle level and high level laboratory. The steel frames are all pickled and phosphorized and coated with epoxy resin powder, beautiful appearance, Modern, Resistant to acid-base.
Table top: adopting 12.7mm thick solid core physiochemical board, the surface is treated by technique, smooth without pores, acid-base resistance, anti-corrosion; the fringe is thickened to 25.4mm, and edgemilling treatment, thereis dropping waterfront, the anticorrosion waterproof of Table Top all reach to high quality standards of laboratory industry.
Cabinet body: adopting 1.2mm thickness high quality cold-roll steel board, the interior is set one layer of removable shelf, and the shelf adopt 1.2mm thickness high quality cold-roll steel board, the outside is treated pickling phosphating,epoxy resin electrostatics powder coatings. bottom plate of lab cabinet is designed as full slice system,the back board of cabinet can be dismantled.
Door and drawer panel: adopt 1.2mm thickness high quality cold-roll steel board, the surface is treated pickling phosphating,epoxy resin electrostatics powder coatings, the structure is double-deck medium altitude reinforcement type.
Slideway: adopting high quality mute ball three section slide rail, no noise, high strength burden and open-close can reach to over 100,000 times.
Hinge: adopting high quality steel hingesm, opening angles from 110°to 175°, no noise, no springback, high strength and not break.
Handle: adopting integral forming groove handle or stainless steel handle, strong solid and elegant appearance.
Flume: adopting exclusive brands for lab, the water pool is PP flume, resistant to acid-base, with spec 500*400*300mm.
Test water faucet: adopting steeliness three outlet white/gray water faucets, the water faucet is nozzle tip type, high head, single mouth 360° rotation, is convenient for the multipurpose use, user dismant it to clean the blocking. Has the slow pressure function; the surface has epoxy resin spray coating, ceramic valve core; the outlet is dismantable, with formation thread inside, which is convenient to special water pipe.
Dropping water device: adopting PP water container, has function of blocking stink and prevent pipe blocking, and is easy to dismantled and maintained.
Two-sided reagent rack: upright column adopts high quality square steel sections welding molding, spec is 40*100*1.5mm, surface is coated with epoxy resin powder, stucture is strong solid, anti-corrosion and elegant appearance.
Reagent rack laminate: adopting high quality tempered glass, all around rim treatment, slick and not easy to hurt the hand. Equipped with glass supporting board and steel plate bending hook. It is free to adjust the height according to comfortable requests; edge is equipped with @12mm stainless steel pipe in order to prevent reagent bottle drop. elegant appearance and strong solid.
Socket: adopt Brand 220V/10A multifunctional socket.
