detects lines cables with or without voltage / to check circuits and lines / location of short circuits and groundThe PCE-CL 10 cable detector can locate cables, lines, short -/ circuits as well as ground, detect voltage lines up to 400 V in circuits or free-voltage lines and test protective tubing/coaxial cables without disconnecting the power. This cable detection system has a signal generator for active lines and a transmitter/receiver for cables without current. The signal generator creates high frequency electro-magnetic signals while the lines are being tested. Those signals are transformed by the receiver at the end of the cable into acoustic or optical signals. There are no interferences between different transmitters, when you use PCE-CL 10 to detect simultaneously diverse transmitters.
