Sant Precision Machinery Limited is a professional manufacturer specializing in producing CNC turning tools ,milling tools ,threading tools and u drill since 2007 .Our company's main products include external turning tools, internal turning tools of M,P,D,S,W,C type and threading tools, parting and grooving tools, indexable milling tools, drilling tools. At the same time, we can also undertake all types of non-standard tools.
First of All: Production equipment
At the moment, We have 2 set of 5-Axis Machine Centers, 5 set of 3-Axsi machine center. And 1 set of horizontal 5-Axis Machine Center, 1 set of 4-axis machine center .
Secondly: Production Process
Design: We used Siemens UG software
Rough Machining: Finished by our cooperation factories, who also supply service to ZCCCT.
Finish Machining: Finished by ourselves.
Heat Treatment, Black coating, Ni coating: also finished by our cooperation factories, who also supply service to ZCCCT.
The most important points I'd like to say is our quality control, we do quality test during every process. And every worker should be responsible for his work. Actually we use Production instruction cards, when finish a process and check the quality, the work will sign on the Production instruction card.
Thirdly: Products
As our catalogues show, we can supply many kinds of turning, milling tools. And some of them can exchange spare parts with ZCCCT's products. For example, for P type turning tools, we also purchase Lever and shim pin from Comet Co Ltd. Korea.
Fourthly: Management
We use ERP System to manage production and selling.
Fifthly: Market
Until Now: Our main markets include China, South America, Some Asia and European countries.
Most ZCCCT's China distributors sells our products, and forengner distributors like Wolfbrasil from Brazil, Duralitte from Argentina also cooperate with us very well now.
