Product Description
Automatic Vertical Copper,Nickel, Chromium, Zinc Plating Production Line are widely used in hardware electroplating, ABS plastic electroplating, Car parts electroplating, decorative electroplating, furniture electroplating and others.
Golden Eagle could supply many kinds of coatings, like Zinc Electroplating, Nickel Electroplating, Tin Electroplating, Chormium Electroplating, cooper Electroplating , gold Electroplating, silver Electroplating and so on.
Zinc Passivation:
It means the workpiece after Zinc plating, need oxidation which could make a layer of chemical coatings on the surface and make the metal to be passivity. The layer is about 0.5um, which can increase the anti-crossion and beautiful decorative.
Passivation Type:
1. Silver white passivation--- White color
2. Blue white passivation-- Blue Color
3. Color passivation-Rainbow color
4. Yellow passivation-Yellow color
5. Black passivation-Black color
6. Green passivation-Green color
Zinc Plating Process:
1. Alkaline zinc plating
1.1 Cyanide zinc plating: widely used, the zinc layer looks gloss and detailed, Strong dispersal capacity, but Strong toxicity, not good for environment.
1.2 Zincate Zinc plating: instead of cyanide zinc plating process, depend on the function of additive, approach the effect of cyanide zinc plating, but zinc layer Big brittleness.
2. Acid Zinc plating
2.1 Chloride galvanized: with ammonium chloride or potassium chloride, now mainly with potassium chloride. Good brightness, special for barrel plating, but not good anti-corrosion.
2.2 Sulfate zinc plating: mainly used for wire plating.
3. Neutral galvanized: not use now
