The label stripper is adopts high precision sensor to control the label peel-off.The second is automatically being ready after the first label is removed.
The label may be attached to any position by human control.
The machine is widely used in foodstuff,beverage,pharmacy,electron,toy,hardware,plastic and
printing etc industries.
Applied label: self-adhesive label,self-adhesive film,electron supervision code ans bar code etc
Principle of work:when the sensor detects the label,the pulling motor stop;when take off the
label,the sensor doesn't detect any label,the pulling motor will be drived,such
cycle.
Features:
1. The efficiency is about four to five times than manual operation,reducing labor cost and
management cost.
2. Spin-off label automatically,and recycling the body paper of this label autonatically.
3. With sensor control,the operation is simple and convenient,thefunction is stable.
4. The frame and shell adopt stainless steel and high-grade aluminium alloy anodic treatment,
the useful time is long.
5. With the functions of label counting and adjusting the label length.
6. With the functions of autocorrection and automatic detection when no label.
