The product procedures are integrated with material inspection, mutual inspection, semi-finished inspection and finished test. Testing equipment includes leakage current tester, capacitance measurement machine, withstand voltage testing machine, light metre, high pressure machine, etc.
Strict control on material use, meet international requested standard. 100% inspection on spare parts, like capacitor, diode, fans, resistors, flash tube and so on before production.
Semi-finished products inspection: mutual inspection during assembling. And functions inspection before 100% finished. Finished product inspection: a series of quality and test process will carry out on every item before packed and loaded, such as aging test, sleep mode test, surface inspection and so on.
Our company's products warranty time is one year according to the invoice ( from the day of the sale date)(Note: the warranty does not include light bulbs, light body and appearance accessories), for the maintenance of the required accessores, we will free deliver them to you together with your next order.
