SHG630/315 Automatic workshop fitting welding machine
to fabricate thermoplastic pipes as elbow, tee/cross, Y shape fittings
Application adn Features for workshop fitting welding machine:
1. Suitable for fabricating elbow,tee,cross and Y shape (45 and 60 degrees) fittings of PE PP PVDF in workshop. Also used to lengthen the injection moulded fitting and make an integrated fitting
2. Integrated structure. Nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fittings
3. Removable PTFE coated heating plate
4. Electric planing tool with safety limit switch
5. Low starting pressure and high reliable seal structure
6. Separate two-channel timer records times in soaking and cooling phases
7. Touch screen operation panel with printer
8. Automatic welding process
