EP2000 PT/EUI injector flow test bench can test the flow of all EUI/PT Cummins injector, and also EUP.It is for all PT Cummins

EP200 PT/EUI injector flow test bench can test the flow of all EUI/PT injector, and also EUP.
PT Test:
1. Numeral the manifestation sprays the amount of oil,Read the number keeps the view,The every time calculate accuracy is±1ml,you can get the stable data in one or two testing,The number is accurate and stable,The accuracy is high.
2. 90~500ml/1000 stroke of various model sprays the oil machine can be measure to spray the amount of oil.
3. The back of precision presses to imitate the work mode,Imitate the pressure of the actual work condition process in the air cylinder inside spray the compression oil,It enables the two condition to become same ,one is the spray the oil in the testing instruction, the other is the spray the oil in the air cylinder of engine.
4. The cam usage is convenience,Can choose the different cam according to the oil the nozzle apparatus of different type.
5. The system controlled by PLC,work condition exactitude,The accuracy is high;the fuel tank temperature is controlled by auto system,Guaranteed the fuel oil works in the stipulation temperature range.
6. The working pressure indicating system can facilitate direct-viewing monitors various oil ducts flowing tubing head pressure the change situation,Guarantees the survey the stability and the accuracy.
7. The display board control button uses mutually locks the electric circuit control,Increased the security.
EUI Test.

After experimental data comparison of hundreds of kinds of EUI, it can automatically judge the EUI to be tested is good or not via reports..
All injector drive channels have short circuit protection function.
