Electronic Unit Injectors (EUI) & Electronic Unit Pumps(EUP) of most models on the market.
Application
tis repair tester is designed to perform repair tests for different type of Electronic Unit Injectors (EUI) and Electronic Unit Pumps (EUP) on the engines by DDC, CAT, Cummins, Volvo, Mercedes Benz, Iveco, Mack, Scania, VW, LandRover, John Deere.
The tester consists of a mechanical cam box with specified EUI/EUP adapter kits and an electronic controller The cam box will be driven by a standard high pressure fuel injection pump test bench
Design Features
- One cambox for all major EUI/EUP models with corresponding adapters and camshafts..
- Cambox mounting height 125mm (from the center of camshaft to bench mounting platform) for Bosch type pump test bench
- Controller is designed for three kinds of drive mode: type pump test bench
- Low voltage for most battery voltage driven EUI/EUP
- High voltage for Cat EUI
- Cumming Celect EUI
- Adjustable BOI (Begin Of Injection) and PW (Pulse Width) in crank angle degrees
- Engine industry standard cam lobe designs
- Four levels of cam lift
- Constant velocity cam lobe to generate higher injection pressure, 3 times higher than cheap eccentric cams....
