there are two types, one is digital controller.

l P= Injectors opening hold time. Set range: 1-9999 Unit (μs)
l F=Injectors opening frequency. Set range: 1-99 Unit (Hz)
l T=Injectors the amount of oil times 1-999(times), when T=0, the injectors will keep work all the time.
l Injector opening voltage. 12/80V can be optional.
Bosch, Denso. Injectors, suggest 80V, Delphi injectors suggest 12V.
l C button, to move the cursor.
l OK button, confirmed button, to confirm or enter parameters.
l 1-9 buttons, to set the parameters.
l When Menu show “DATA ENTRY”, it can set the parameters, if pressure the button “OK” , the menu will show “ STAR/ STOP” , press any button of the keyboard , “*” will begin to shine. Injectors begin to inject continuously.
l HEUI testing way:
1) To Install the HEUI on the fits for the coupling. Connect the pipes, please choose the 150V signal wires connect.
2) Adjust the diesel oil pressure to 2-3bar, Lubrication oil adjust to 0-300 bar based on the real request. Then open the HEUI solenoid valve, HEUI will begin to inject.
Attention: when testing the High pressure injectors, also fits for this machine. It just need change the Lubrication oil into Diesel.
