The machine tool mainly applies to polish before and after the plating of piston rods by pass-type drypolishing. The machine consists of bed, polishing head, workpiece conveyer, automatic loader and unloader.
1.With high degree of automation, high efficiency and high working accuracy. Roughness after polishing meets Ra0.2-0.85.
2.Workpiece can be automatically loaded or unloaded. Polishing head pressure adjustment can be controlled by electromotion.
3.Electromotion controls idler wheel interval adjustment.
4.Adopt color touch screens as the main man-machine control interface.
5.With manufacturing management.
6.Machine works with interlock protection.
Diagnostic function: Machine errors can be shown on the screen so that servicemen can precisely troubleshoot in time.
7. Equip with Siemens 7-inch color touch screen, Siemens transducer and Siemens PLC.
8.Equipped with HIWIN ball screws.
9.Optional features: Automatically adjust grinding current. In a certain scope, adopt PID control mode to automatically adjust grinding current to make machining more convenient.
