Field of Application
Contruction machinery, colliery hydraulic holder, colliery scaper conveyor, special usage truck, maritime ship, harbour machinery, petroleum machinery, mining machinery, water conservancy machinery etc.
The machine tool mainly applies to polish before and after the plating of piston rods by pass-type drypolishing. The machine tool consists of bed, polishing head, workpiece conveyer, workpiece automatic loading frame, handing equipment for workpiece automatic machine unloading and unloading frame.

Product Details
Polishing Head: There are 6 set of polishing heads that the first 4 sets are equipped with multi-leaf wheels with multi-granularity, the fifth set is linen wheels and the sixth set is cotton wheels. Every polishing head is equipped with a polishing ampere meter so that polishing pressure of polishing wheels can be seen visually and is easier to adjust. Polishing wheels electrically control vertical movement by reduction gears and ball screws.
Workpiece automatic loading frame: Through inductive switches, automatically grab piston rod on loading frame one by one to workpiece conveyer.
Handing equipment for workpiece automatic machine unloading: After polishing piston rod, induce whether piston rod is in place through photoelectric sensor. When it is in place, automatically unload on unloading frame which is convenient and safe.
