Automatic production line:
Model 1: 1 unit peeling machine+ 1 unit precision straightening machine
After peeling, then straightening, it will get higher surface precision.
Model 2: 1 unit pre-staightening machine+1 unit peeling machine+ 1 unit precision straightening machine
The black bars' straighteness is too har to be straightened. It needs to be pre-straightened before being peeled. Then bars can be presice straightened.
Model 3: 2 units peeling machine+ 1 unit precision straightening machine
The efficiency of peeling machine is much lower than staightening machine.In order to meet the straightening machine , the other peeling machine is added to the line.
Following advantages compared with ordinary lathe:
1. When processing over-length bar, peeling machine has incomparable advantages.Plain lathe is good at processing short bar.But there is great restriction for processing long shaft.In theory,peeling machine can process the bar of infinite length.
2. Peeling machine is not only processing bar, also coil. Including from wire rod to wire rod and from wire rod to bar. That the ordinary lathe can’t do it.
3. Processing speed 1~12m/min, the working efficiency of peeling machine is dozens of times of the ordinary lathe.
4. High precision, after peeling, tolerance of diameter reach≤IT9, surface roughness Ra≤6.3μm. But after straightening, Ra≤0.8μm.

Commonly the lead time will be within 3~4 months after receiving 50% deposit or L/C.

We accept T/T,L/C.

We will dispatch professional technicians to customer factory for installation and training.
