A: We are lighitng factory, located in HeTangTown, JiangMen City, Guangdong Province, China.We have two showroom in GuZhen Town ZhongShan City.
Our factory provide professional chandelier design, production, wholesale and custom service.Welcome to inquire or visit our factory.
2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: We are in Guzhen Town, JiangMen City, Guangdong Province, China. After you arrive at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, please refer to the following route to our factory.
Guangzhou(take a subway)→ Guangzhou South Railway Station(take a fast train)→Guzhen Station. We will pick you up at JiangMen Station. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3. Q: What't about your products quality?
A: We use the high quality material and technology,including lampshade, crystal, metal and electroplating etc. 100% of the PRODUCTS will be tested and keep lighting to test its quality reliability, from raw material to half assembling until finishing products. Each product should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.
4. Q: Do your chandeliers have CE or Rohs certificate?
A: The electrical parts of all our products have CE or ROHS or FCC certificate.
5. Q: How I can delivery the my goods?
A: 1. By Express: such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX etc. The dispatch time is about 3-5 days
2. Air Freight: when your order more than 200kgs which will be more economical than express.
3. Sea Freight: we will update sea freight once we know your sea port where goods will be delivered.
4. Agent designated by client: please tell us the contact detail of your shipping agent and we will arrange to deliver the items.
