Introduction of Series WXC Centerless Lathe
Series WXC Centerless Lathe is a high-efficiency lathe which is specialized in rough processing and finishing of the surface of slender shaft. Not only quickly remove surface hardened layer,cracks and other defects,but also can get high precision.
During processing,the bar itself doesn’t rotate.The cutter head drives the tools rotating at high speed to peel the surface bar.At the same time,after peeling,the bar keeps walking straight ahead.The machine suits for processing the bars and wire rods.
Series WXC Centerless Lathe,includes semi-automatic hydraulic type and CNC type.

Introduction of Straightening machine
Series JY straightening machine ,this machine is mainly used for
precision straightening and calendering for the bar after peeling or grinding and rough pre-straightening for the black bar.
Due to calendering and straightening can be completed at the same time, so the working efficiency is high.
The machine adopts special curve between upper and lower concave and convex two straightening rolls to realize calendering and straightening at the same time.
Series JY two-rolls Straightening Machine, includes two-beams and four-columns structure, prestressed structure and frame structure.
