Introduction of bar peeling machine
Introduction of composition
There are two main parts --main machine and auxiliary machine
1.Main machine consists of the bed,main bearings,ail/oil lubrication system,front-clamping pinch feeding and rear-clamping extracting,front-guide and middle-rear guide system,main driving system etc.
2.Air/oil lubrication system is specially designed to solve the lubrication of main shaft
bearings with highspeed rotation.It’s composed of pump,oil and air distribution block
and air processing components.
3.Cutting liquid circulation cooling system consist of recycle water pump,pipeline,
nozzle etc.
4.High pressure water pump takes the cutting liquid cooled from reservoir through
pipeline transporting the near to the nozzle of cutter head,until spraying on the
tools and scraps.Then take away most the cutting heat and enter into chip conveyor
mouth of the bottom of cutter head,through the pipeline reflow reservoir for cooling.
5.Chip conveyor is provided by our supplier.The scraps through chip conveyor
mouth to be taken to the chain plate and driving belt move with the scraps.
Finally,the scraps are centralized collection.
6.Hydraulic system consists of pump set of motor,all kinds of control valves,
hydraulic oil tank,hydraulic pipeline etc.Though controlling the cylinders of front-clamping pinch feeding and rearclamping extracting to realize clamping and
loosening for the bar.
7.Electrical system includes power supply system and control system,by 1
power distribution cabinet and 1 button station integrated operation,implement
pinch before and after the main transmission system,feeding system,cooling
system,hydraulic system,the electrical control of chip conveyor and
auxiliary machine.

Packaging &shipping
Inside taking multi protection measures:
The first layer
wrapping with foam film and stretch film for the special components, in order to avoid moisture.
Second layer
inside of plywood box, adopting small square plywood block and strapping belt to fix.
Third layer
the machine itself has screw fixing holes, so it can be tightly fixed on the bottom of the plywood box through screw and nut.
Fourth layer
in a container, by compact layout, reducing the gap between boxes to avoid shaking. At the same time, reinforcing between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes once again, furthermore using hanging steel wire protection.
