Toyo Ink Features
l Toyo ink can suit a wide range of materials. It is UV-curable ink;
l High adherence, high productivity and High curing for a wide variety of substrates;
l Toyo ink use the most advanced lightfastness organic pigments;
l The ink’s quality has a strong stability;
l Toyo ink can be used on UV-printing industry, including offset printing, screen printing, letterpress (including flexographic printing), gravure and inkjet printing, etc.;
l Toyo UV ink includes C, M, Y, K, W, Lc, Lm, and transparent (varnish)-the 8 colors;
l The application of the Toyo ink: KONICA-512, Seiko , Toshiba , Spectra, Skyjet and other UV flatbed printer .
Storage Conditions
· 5 °C ~ 35 °C: refrigerator / avoid direct sunlight, indoor ventilation should be good
· 5 °C ~ 28 °C: refrigerator / indoor air-conditioned environment
· During transportation process , 5 ~ 35 °C can maintain one week
Shelf Life
Stored for 12 months under the above conditions
Safety Notes
l We recommend good ventilation. Please protect for your skin. ( If you feel discomfortable , please go to hospital to have a see.)
l Please prohibit fire for the Toyo ink.
Caution
l There will be some precipitate before using the ink. Please shake them well.
l The outer periphery of the print head/ink need to get rid of the light exposure.
l For the operating environment , it is recommended to use blocking ultraviolet lamp .
l It’s recommended to use the our designated flush.
